- Google AdMob: Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data

3.2 What "Tracking" Means
Tracking refers to linking data collected in our App with data collected from other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement purposes.

- Allow Tracking: You will receive personalized advertisements based on your interests
- Ask App Not to Track: You will still see advertisements, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites

4. Personalized Advertising
4.1 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Before showing ads, we request your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
4.2 Ad Personalization Choices

- Consent Denied: Ads will be non-personalized (contextual only)

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
5.1 Subscription Details
Monthly Subscription:
- Price: €2.99 per month (prices may vary by region)
- Billing Cycle: Monthly, renews automatically every month
- Free Trial: Not currently offered
Yearly Subscription:
- Price: €29.99 per year (prices may vary by region)
- Billing Cycle: Yearly, renews automatically every year
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial (may vary by promotion)
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Nimets
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Alternatively:
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Nimets and manage your subscription
5.4 Cancellation Policy
When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
5.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund:
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Nimets subscription purchase
- Follow the prompts to request a refund
We do not have direct access to process refunds for App Store purchases.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
6.1 We Share Information With:

- Firebase/Google: Cloud storage, authentication, analytics, and push notifications
- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing
- Google AdMob: Ad serving and measurement

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
8.1 How Long We Keep Your Data
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- User-Generated Content: Comments and ratings retained indefinitely unless you delete them
- Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data retained for up to 26 months
- Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days
- Advertising Data: Subject to Google AdMob's retention policies (typically 60 days for identifiable data)
8.2 After Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- Personal information (email, username, profile picture) is deleted within 30 days
- Comments are anonymized (username removed, content may remain)
- Favorites and shopping lists are immediately deleted
- Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery
9. Your Privacy Rights

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

- Notify you via push notification or in-app message

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
